How long will it take to receive my order?
This will depend on the shipping method selected at the time of your order. All orders are fulfilled within 48 hours, unless express shipping is selected, which will ship the next business day.

Can I cancel or modify my order once placed?
Yes, if the order has not yet been fulfilled. If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please send us an email to email@example.com — include your order number, reason for cancelling or the modifications you need. We want you to get exactly what you want and be fully satisfied!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You can always login into your account and look up your order information when needed. If you experience any trouble finding your tracking information, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will happily provide you with the information.
When do you introduce new products?
Every season and even in between! Due to the current situation, launching days have been delayed. You can subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we have new items in our store.

Are your products waterproof?
All our Raincoats, Blanket Jackets and Car Covers are waterproof, keeping your pup dry and comfortable. We also offer highly water-resistant coats and other products — unique features can be found on our product pages.

Can I exchange my online purchase?
Unfortunately, we can not accept exchanges. The fastest and easiest way to get the right size for your pup will be by returning the item(s) and placing a new order.

The fastest and easiest way to get the right size for your pup will be to return the item(s) and place a new order. We regret that this does not apply to any to cooling vests and bands, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Are returns free?
We offer prepaid shipping labels to make it easy and hassle-free. We will pay for your return postage. Please note that your original shipping cost will not be refunded.
When will I receive my return?
As soon as our team has received and inspected your package and verified it is in sellable condition to qualify for a refund, you will receive a notification from our store confirming your refund. Please take note that each banks’ processing time varies; it usually takes up to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Size and Fit
How can I find the right size for my dog?
You can check our sizing charts page, or look into the corresponding size chart in each of the products. Due to the unique construction and intentional hugging fit of our apparel, please measure your dog carefully and when in doubt, size up! 😊
How do I wash my dog’s coat?
For coats, machine wash in cold water along with similar color clothes. Dry flat. For raincoats, wipe the excess water and mud with a soft towel.
